Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform Our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, governmental actions or restrictions, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages or disruptions affecting transportation, logistics, fuel, energy, labour, utilities, telecommunications services, or materials.

Dispute Resolution

If such Dispute is not resolved amicably between the both of us within thirty (30) days from the date of written notice of the Dispute by either of us, it shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and the rules made thereunder, as amended from time to time. You and We shall mutually appoint a sole arbitrator. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Mumbai, Maharashtra. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon You and Us and may be enforced by any court of competent jurisdiction.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the dispute resolution clause above, the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
